Kelly 102: Wilbur’s Greek Life Pig-Farm Shooters, Serco’s Demon Ammo Bridge, Sandberg’s Fake Book Paddock

General John F. Kelly

Washington, D.C. 20528
Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger
October 3, 2017
Dear General Kelly:
Please accept Brief 102 from Field McConnell – the United States Marine whistle-blower and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on Wilbur Ross's Greek Life investors in the CAI Private Equity Group who allegedly recruited shooters at pig-farm cannibal raves and rituals hosted by the Piggy Palace Good Times Society (1996-2002) for up to 2,000 subsequently-blackmailed guests from the banking and academic communities.
McConnell alleges that Ross's CAI investors embedded Serco's Demon face recognition software in the federal bridge certification authority network so the Wall Street’s Kappa Beta Phi friends of Ross, U.S. Commerce Secretary and former Serco investment banker at N M Rothschild, could track shooters, ammo and guns into crime scenes and frame angry white men or Jihadi wannabes through fake media plays.
McConnell alleges that Ross's Rothschild colleagues structured a recent rights issue for Serco where Greek Life insiders of the Teachers (TIAA) pension fund allegedly extorted fellow shareholders into providing additional working capital needed to maintain Serco's role as a private military company (PMC) and deploy pig-farm pimps and actors in long-range arson, weapons, murder-for-hire, child-pornography and black-market organ trades.
McConnell alleges that Ross's Serco shareholders embedded Demon face recognition software in the federal bridge so the likes of former Sidley Austin IP lawyer Michelle Obama (Alpha Kappa Alpha) could track witting or unwitting snuff-film actors through crime scenes such as the B.C. pig farm where pedophile or lesbian pimps kept the body parts of up to 50 women, murdered between 1996 and 2002, in the pig-farm freezer.
McConnell alleges that Ross's CAI investors positioned Sheryl Sandberg (Phi Beta Kappa) as Facebook's COO so she could use fake Demon identities to extort concessions from Serco's shareholders including the Teachers (TIAA) pension fund, the Saudi Arabian government and the Global Custodians – Northern Trust, BNY Mellon, JP Morgan, State Street, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Société Generale and UBS – with over US$82 trillion of assets in custody.
McConnell believes Ross's CAI investors used Serco operatives of the U.S. Defense Ammunition Center and the federal bridge to move 22 guns and 10,000 bullets into the Mandalay Bay Hotel rooms to stage the Route 91 Harvest festival killings on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, on October 1, 2017.
McConnell believes that Ross's CAI investors used Serco's Demons and Sheryl Sanberg's Fake Book (Facebook) agents to frame the late Stephen Paddock – a senior with no recorded experience of sustained (10 minutes!) automatic weapons fire – for the deaths of at least 60 people in the deadliest mass shooting by a lone gunman in U.S. history.
McConnell believes that Ross's Greek Life pig-farm friends and Sandberg's Fake Book agents used Serco's Marine Corps Digital Fires Instructors to execute the Mandalay Bay mission where five paragraph field orders were seemingly well-remembered by the acronym SMEAC: Situation, Mission, Execution, Administration/Logistics, Command/Signal.
Perhaps President Trump needs a SMEAC briefing for his next and necessary mission.

"MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: Official story of Las Vegas shooting unravels; physical impossibility of lone gunman senior citizen makes narrative ludicrous

(Natural News) It's all hogwash. The "official" narrative of how things went down in the Las Vegas massacre is so full of holes that it begs the question of just how deep the truth about this attack really goes.
What we know for sure is that, yes, 59 people were killed (so far) and hundreds were wounded. This wasn't a "hoax" shooting — people actually were shot, wounded and killed (and our prayers go out to all their families for this horrific tragedy). Yet the official narrative that claims Stephen Paddock — a retired, 64-year-old accountant with absolutely no firearms training, no gun experience and no physical stamina — was somehow able to expertly wield a highly complex (and physically demanding) weapon system for 10 sustained minutes is total nonsense.
Even highly trained Navy Seals would have a difficult time running a full auto weapon for 10 minutes straight. Such weapon systems are brutal on the operator. They require tremendous strength, stamina and expert troubleshooting to keep running. Full-auto weapons overheat and jam. They demand incredible strength to keep aimed on target. They require expert reloading and weapons clearing in the case of jams, and the hotel room would have been so full of smoke and powder residue that it would be almost impossible to keep breathing from that enclosed space."

22 guns, 10,000 bullets: How a killer got his arsenal of firearms into a Las Vegas hotel
Some time on Thursday, retired accountant Stephen Paddock checked into room 32135 of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
His arrival would not have surprised anybody.
Las Vegas rallies around victims
Las Vegas residents have rushed to donate blood to the victims of what has been labelled the deadliest mass shooting in US history.
A high-stakes gambler and regular concert-goer, who recently boasted of a $US250,000 poker windfall, Paddock booked a double-room suite overlooking the main stage for the Route 91 Harvest festival, a three-day country music festival starting on Friday.
Over the next four days, police said, he wheeled more than 10 suitcases into the room carrying 22 guns, including two on tripods and two converted into fully automatic machine guns. In his car, parked with the hotel valet, he had several kilograms of ammonium nitrate, a fertiliser used to make explosives.

"Serco Combined Resilience Exercising
Types of Exercise Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurized environment.
They are an ideal way of developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on decision making. Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations.
Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The GoldStandard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination.
Simulation and Media Support The method of delivering an exercise is flexible and will be designed with the client to meet their requirements with options ranging from simple paper-based delivery through to full use of their real communications systems [Red Switch Network and Hawkeye onion router surveillance aircraft] and advance computer simulation [In Trump's death pool and war room suites]. In addition, media play can also be added in the form of news injects and the provision of experienced journalists and television crews to help test procedures and also assist in training key staff.

"Robert William "Willy" Pickton (born October 24, 1949) of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, is a Canadian serial killer convicted in 2007 of the second-degree murders of six women. He attended UBC and was a member of Phi Delta Theta. He was also charged with the deaths of an additional 20 women, many of them from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside; however, these charges were stayed by the Crown in 2010. In December 2007, he was sentenced to life in prison, with no possibility of parole for 25 years – the longest sentence then available for murder under Canadian law."
"In 1996, the Pickton brothers established the Piggy's Palace Good Times Society, a federally registered charity with an alleged mandate to raise funds for service organizations through special events such as dances and shows. Neighbours complained of rowdiness, drug use, drunkenness and noise from parties attended by as many as 1,700 people, including bikers and sex trade workers from the Downtown Eastside. In 2000, the City of Port Coquitlam shut Piggy's Palace down."
"Pickton murders: Explosive evidence the jury never heard

There was a tremendous amount of damning evidence against Robert (Willie) Pickton that the jurors deciding his fate did not hear during his year-long trial in 2007, including an allegation from a sex-trade worker that he nearly stabbed her to death.
PETER BATTISTONI / VANCOUVER SUN FILE
The following story contains graphic information.
VANCOUVER — There was a tremendous amount of damning evidence against Robert (Willie) Pickton that the jurors deciding his fate did not hear during his year-long trial in 2007, including an allegation from a sex-trade worker that he nearly stabbed her to death.
A series of behind-the-scenes legal rulings meant explosive Crown evidence was kept from the jury, which ultimately found Pickton not guilty of first-degree murder in the deaths of six women, but guilty of the lesser charge of second-degree murder.
Publication bans kept this information under wraps until the Supreme Court of Canada quashed Pickton's bid for a new trial, prompting B.C.'s attorney-general to stay 20 additional outstanding charges of first-degree murder against Pickton.
• The DNA of 10 of the women was found on items in two freezers in Pickton’s workshop, the same location where police found the butchered remains of two women he was convicted of killing.
• Also in the freezers were packages of ground meat containing the DNA of victims Inga Hall and Cindy Feliks.
• Cara Ellis's DNA was found on Pickton's jacket and Andrea Borhaven's DNA on his boots — clothing that was seized after the 1997 knife attack but was forgotten in a police storage locker for seven years.
• On Pickton's property, police found multiple objects linked to the 20 additional victims, including Jennifer Furminger's DNA on a saw in the slaughterhouse; the DNA of Pickton and Jacqueline McDonell on handcuffs in the accused's bedroom, and Pickton's DNA on two condoms found inside two purses linked to Sarah de Vries and Dianne Rock.
• Wendy Crawford’s partial leg bone was found in the cistern of the old piggery, near the remains of two women Pickton was convicted of killing.
There were multiple other bones and teeth buried in Pickton's property, which the Crown privately called the "killing fields," but that information was not shared with the jurors………
The judge also agreed with arguments by the defence that the jury shouldn't hear about additional guns stashed in the loft of Pickton’s workshop because it would make the accused seem like a "gun nut."
Regarding Furminger's DNA being found on an electric saw, Williams said "a reasonably available inference is that it may have been used to dismember human beings." But because the DNA did not belong to any of the six women at the centre of the first trial, its inclusion would be "significantly prejudicial” to Pickton, the judge said."

"Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg on Las Vegas massacre: 'For people to be killed so senselessly is devastating'
10:51 AM ET Mon, 2 Oct 2017
Facebook's chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg, quickly expressed her thoughts about Sunday's massacre in Las Vegas in a short, thoughtful message published on her personal Facebook page.
"I just woke up to the terrible news out of Las Vegas. Death is an inevitable part of life and happens for so many reasons that we can't avoid," writes Sandberg, whose husband unexpectedly passed away in 2015. "But for people to be killed so senselessly, for lives to be lost so unnecessarily, is devastating for all of these families and for all of us."
At least 58 people are dead and more than 500 have been injured in the deadliest shooting in U.S. history, after a gunman opened fire at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival across the road from the Mandalay Bay hotel on Sunday night.
"My heart goes out to the people of Las Vegas, to the friends and families of those we lost today and to everyone around the world who has lost someone to hate and violence," Sandberg writes.
Another prominent leader in tech responded to the violence, too. Billionaire tech investor Mark Cuban tweeted his sympathies.
"Prayers to those impacted by the tragedy in Las Vegas. We share the pain of those who lost loved ones and offer hope to those recovering," he says.

Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg is a powerful executive and thought leader. She's a force in Silicon Valley. She's also a single mom of two.
Despite her legendary leadership skills, Sandberg struggled to figure out how to talk to her children about the violence that erupted in Charlottesville, Va., between white supremacists and counterprotesters.
She wrote about the moment in a vulnerable post on her Facebook page.
"Along with millions of others, I was so heartbroken this weekend," she says.
"Yesterday on our way to camp, my daughter and I were reading the book for our mother-daughter book club. Part of the story involved the granddaughter of a WWII veteran learning more about her grandfather's service during the war and meeting a Holocaust survivor whom he had helped," Sandberg writes."
"In 1987, Sandberg enrolled at Harvard College. She graduated in 1991 summa cum laude Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in economics and was awarded the John H. Williams Prize for the top graduating student in economics. While at Harvard, she co-founded an organization called Women in Economics and Government. "The National Crime Squad co-ordinated arrests of suspected paedophiles across 19 separate countries on 28 November using information supplied by Demon Internet.
The Internet service provider was approached by the National Crime Squad and agreed to allow officers to access its servers. This led to the recovery of data showing the activity of nearly 1,500 newsgroups during a two-week period.
From this data, officers established that almost 10,000 Internet Protocol (IP) addresses had accessed more than 30 of the Web sites carrying paedophilia. For operational reasons this number was whittled down to just over 400 addresses of those specifically distributing paedophiliac images.
The information was then distributed via Interpol to the countries identified with the suspects, and evidence packs on each of the targets were distributed to the relevant police forces
Detective Superintendent Peter Spindler, leading the investigation for the National Crime Squad, said: "With the assistance of Demon Internet and the support and guidance of the National High-Tech Crime Unit, we are able to show that those accessing these newsgroups did so regularly and with purpose.
"We also learnt, not surprisingly, that those abusing the Internet have learnt from recent police successes how best to protect their true identities," he added.
The National Crime Squad and Serco, its IT partner, have developed facial mapping software that they hope to use to identify the abused children featured on the paedophiliac sites."
"A face book or facebook is a printed or web directory found at some American universities consisting of individuals’ photographs and names. …. Colleges and universities in the United States have often published official or unofficial books listing their students, faculty, or staff, together with pictures and limited biographical data. By the early 2000s, some face books were being published online offering a number of new features, including password protection, more detailed information, more advanced indexing and searching, and the ability for people to upload and enter information and photographs.
In early 2004, Mark Zuckerberg, a sophomore at Harvard University, created an unofficial online face book at the website "thefacebook.com", the forerunner of the Facebook service, out of frustration that the university's official online face book project was taking too long. The development of a campus-wide face book had previously been stalled by privacy concerns, many of which became prominent in November 2003 when Zuckerberg was accused of breaching security and violating copyrights and individual privacy. Zuckerberg had created a website, http://www.facemash.com, that used photos taken without authorization from Harvard House-based face books, using the photos in a system to rate the attractiveness of students.
"FEMA 'Spring Ahead' -- Entrust's PKI is Muscle Behind State of Illinois FRAC Application
FRAC solutions provide emergency response officials with critical information in times of crisis
DALLAS, May 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Facilitated by digital identities and public key infrastructure from Entrust, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTU), the Illinois Terrorism Task Force (ITTF) and their First Responder
Authentication Credential (FRAC) application successfully participated in the nationwide Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of National Capital Region Coordination (NCRC), "Spring Ahead" event this week.
The Illinois Terrorism Task Force joined local, public, private, state and federal agencies and organizations in this multi-jurisdictional electronic validation demonstration leveraging Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 201-compliant and FIPS 201-interoperable credentials.
"The interoperability of seamlessly authenticating credentials from different local, state and federal agencies is a tremendous asset during times of unfortunate emergency or tragedy," said Entrust President and Chief
Executive Officer Bill Conner. "Standards-based credentialing projects are critical to the safety and security of this country, and we're eager to see how Entrust PKI and digital certificates can help better prepare our states and country for unforeseen disasters or tragedy. Other states should look to the State of Illinois as an example of technology leadership and innovation."
Although Spring Ahead featured eight separate scenarios throughout the week, the interoperability of the State of Illinois FRAC solution was on display during a three-hour session Thursday. The credentials of up to 25 emergency response officials and other individuals were authenticated as part of Illinois' participation in FEMA NCRC's nationwide demonstration.
Fifteen were specific emergency response official credentials, but others included U.S. Department of Defense Common Access Cards (CAC) and basic state-issued driver's licenses -- all of which helped prove the program's interoperability to authenticate credentials from various agencies.
More than 30 organizations, in 20 locations across the United States, simultaneously authenticated and uploaded digital certificates to a repository. Participants and observers viewed a Web-enabled mapping application that provided local, regional and national emergency operation centers with near-real-time situational awareness of on-scene personnel during simulated emergencies.
This repository provides the capability to electronically validate emergency response officials' digital identities and attributes -- including qualifications, authorizations, certifications, or privileges -- to strengthen the decision-making process for granting access to the incident scene, and provide secure electronic manifests of those who respond.
Including digital identities provided by PKI technology, the FRAC solution enables local, state and federal agencies to confidently make access decisions at any incident by quickly authenticating and validating -- via a smart credential and certified handheld credential reader -- the identities and roles of individuals wishing to enter or exit a secure or restricted area.
Verified knowledge of roles, identities and privileges enables agencies to manage emergency response officials and allows incident command to adjust quickly to emergencies by distributing personnel where they're needed most.
Entrust's First Responder Authentication Credential solution is FIPS 201-compatible and interoperable with numerous smart credentials issued by various government entities. Further interoperability comes through cross-certification with the U.S. Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA) so credentials can be verified across federal, state and local agencies, and among jurisdictions.
Entrust's hosted Non-Federal Shared Service Provider PKI solution is also cross-certified to the Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA) and is appropriate for various non-Federal entities, organizations and agencies. This solution enables specific organizations to use digital certificates for authentications, encryption, digital signatures and physical and/or logical access, but without expensive upfront investments, in-house experts or secure facilities.
The Illinois Terrorism Task Force (ITTF) is charged with the task of assuring that Illinois is ready to respond to an act of terrorism. Due to the commitment of the members of the Task Force and the ability of the associated agencies to come together in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, Illinois has plans in place to deal with a terrorist attack in our state.
Entrust provides trusted solutions that secure digital identities and information for enterprises and governments in 2,000 organizations spanning 60 countries. "VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 1995--MACDONALD, DETTWILER (TSE,VSE:MDA)
MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates, Ltd. announced that its data communications unit, The PSC Group, has reached an agreement with Northern Telecom Ltd. of Mississauga, Ont. Under the pact, PSC is providing certain services for a new Nortel security product called Entrust.
The PSC-Northern Telecom relationship is part of a new trend, called functional outsourcing, that is helping PSC to achieve rapid growth. Outsourcing allows independent consulting firms like PSC to provide training and other support for the customers of large multinational computer and communications companies.
Over the past two years, PSC has developed its first outsourcing relationship, with computer network equipment manufacturer Cisco Systems Inc. of San Jose, Calif. Under this relationship agreement, PSC has become a leading trainer for customers of Cisco around the world. Cisco itself is growing quickly. Its sales nearly doubled in 1994 to $1.2 billion (U.S.) and customer demand for training is very strong.
The pact with Northern Telecom is PSC's second outsourcing relationship. Under this pact, PSC ensures that Entrust software meets the highest quality standards. In addition, PSC provides post-sales service to Entrust customers worldwide, including product installation, training and ongoing support.
PSC is currently negotiating several other outsourcing pacts, under which it would provide training for other major computer equipment manufacturers. An announcement regarding one of those pacts is anticipated soon.
For the fiscal year ended March 31, 1995, PSC received nearly $6 million of revenue from its Cisco outsourcing relationship. "SERCO: 'The biggest company you've never heard of'
JULY 7, 2013 BY 21WIRE
21st Century Wire says…
As politicians asset-strip the public's portfolio of properties, infrastructure and services, one multinational corporation has grown as a result – and its scope and reach may shock many people who have not been paying attention.
All around the globe, our governments are busy outsourcing public-sector services like health, education, police, prisons, money delivery and military – to the esteemed private sector. It's sold to the public as a solution to avoiding higher taxes, while retaining better services. But it's simply an accountancy shell game, where the government kicks the can down the road by spreading the bill to the taxpayer over a longer period of time, in order to avoid any large upfront payments – all the while, allowing a private corporation to extend its influence over society. This, by definition, is fascism.
They are called SERCO, and they run countries
